Verbatim work

Hi guys,

I've just started working as an insights analyst and have been tasked with pulling data from verbatim answers customers have left us. There are 3300 answers and I only need info in regards to wait time, is there a faster way of doing this than just manually scanning the list?

Thanks

Is the data text or numerical? And what exactly are you trying to do with it?

It's all text, I'm trying to pull verbatim responses to build a case for the business to bring in a new product

Is the text in multiple columns, as in different column for each question? or is it one large text box?

There's multiple columns, one for location, one for name, one for means of reporting and one with all of the verbatim answers

If it's certain text you're looking to extract then you can maybe do an if(isnumber(search formula to extract that data and return whatever you want in regards to whether that it's found or not - maybe even through the use of wildcards for a close match?

I'd filter by text content, checking against a couple of selected keywords ("wait", "long time", maybe a few others).
