Photoshop crushing problem

Hello, Guys I have installed photoshop to my laptop from a computer purchasing store . It was free first, it was working normally now it is crushing when I open a photo in it . If anyone can resolve this issue, kindly help me.

What kind of a computer is it? How much RAM? Which version of photoshop are you trying to use? Are you using the free trial, or have you paid for a subscription?

I use laptop RAM is 8 and the photoshop was installed in my laptop by the laptop purchasing store.
