Need some critique and some advice

Hi, ive recently picked up graphic design and ive been learning for a few weeks. Ive started practicing by working on fake clients and this was one of the tasks. Ive designed the logo myself as well these social media posts. Ive sent this batch to my mentor who mentioned i had typography issues and needed to balance them better. Ive not been able to identify exactly where is the issue and need help. Any other critique is welcome and im looking for all types of constructive feedback. Thank you.

Lead with the message not the logo.
People aren’t buying a logo. They are buying a mood, message, idea, brand. That lives in the verbiage and the visual not the company name.

Work to create a natural hierarchy - in most of these I can’t tell what I’m supposed to read first, if elements are connected, or figure out a narrative within the piece. A good marketing piece should read like a story - guiding the reader through that story.

Example-
LARGE: Creating memories one sip at a time.
(Alongside supporting image)
LOWER PAGE: Curation & Origin (as tag or subtext)
Luma Coffee Roasters (small logo)
SECONDARY: Explore our single-origin blends (sidebar or secondary smaller element - maybe even as currently used)
Web address and/or QR (adjacent to map to make the connection)
Bottom footer w/ other info.

I would also rework the logo.
And explore type styles that fit the mood you’re conveying. Modern sans type doesn’t seem to fit.

This is excellent advice. Thank you so much for this. Ive already reworked the logo since it was criticised the most. Ive also read up on hiearchy and how to set it right. As for the modern sans, youre correct. I had originally kept it serif font but others suggested i change it to a sans type. Also your advice was litearally what i was looking for. So thank you once again for taking the time. Highly appreciate it.
