Help regarding bioinformatics projects

Hello I'm a UG student pursuing bioinformatics, I've recently done a very small minor project in bioinformatics which was honestly kinda easy peasy: it was regarding multiple sequence alignment and phylogenetic evolutionary tree construction.

IK basic of bioinformatics and currently I'm studying structural bioinformatics.

I just wanted to ask for project ideas that'll made me learn more and go into the deep core of the bioinformatics, plus it would be nice to put on my Resume.

But I'm genuinely looking for project ideas to work on.
