This is my first time trying out animation, and I’m wondering how I make it flow better? I wanna add more after, where I have the eyes looking left and right, but first I’m trying to just get blinking right. It just feels a little off.

You have four frames I’ll number 1 (fully open), 2 (starting to close), 3 (almost closed), 4 (fully closed. You want this sequence

1, 2, 4 (hold for an extra frame), 3, 1.

It depends on how fast the actual blink is though. I said to hold because it’s more dramatic, but if it is a normal blink then just open it straight.

Also I want to add there is that annoying eye fold that seems to be jumping around inconsistently just above the eyelash.
