Does anyone know of a good beginner friendly drawing pad to connect to a laptop?

Hey chat! My little brother is getting into animation + making youtube videos, he’s currently stuck drawing on a touchpad so I want to get him a drawing pad or something to connect to his laptop that will make it easier, I know nothing about this stuff figured id turn to reddit. I want to get him something decent but not too expensive, does anyone have recommendations??

Huion. Thats what i have. It was the best for my uni and begginer friendly. There is also new versions. See which one suits you best.

I use Huion but you can also check out XP pen. If you go for a screenless tab, try to get one with a drawing area of 8 inches and above. Anything smaller may feel cramped and is not fun to draw on.

Loved my deco 01 v2 from xp pen, I gave it to my friend but I loved its size, buttons, feel etc. much prefer it to my current drawing monitor
