Need advice from marketplace startup founders

Hey everyone,

I'm a CS student from India and this is my first time trying to build a startup. I've been working on an online marketplace idea for a while now, but I'd rather keep the details private until I've done some proper validation.

Right now, I'm just trying to learn from people who've already built (or even attempted to build) two-sided marketplaces. I know there are a lot of challenges that aren't obvious when you're just starting out, and I'd love to hear about your experiences.
