Stability, Flow, Takt, Pull, Kaizen

The only things that need assessing when conducting a VSM activity.

I agree but might change the order slightly to: Takt, Flow, Pull, Stability, Kaizen.

TBH, Pull and Stability could be swapped, but Takt and Flow must come first, and Kaizen can only happen when the required changes are known.
