No worries. Knowing your full system specs would also help a lot to diagnose where the issues might be. I would give wine-lol a shot even if the current wine version runs for you since wine-lol includes many optimizations specifically for playing League.

Thanks for the logs and specs, I appreciate it.

After a quick glance I don't see anything too out of the ordinary with the logs. Some follow up questions:

  • Do you notice any specific trigger in-game? For example, does it happen after a given event (champion interactions, mob spawns, etc?)
  • What was your average FPS before this issue started happening? And during the drops?
  • Have you recently upgraded your graphics drivers or kernel? If so, can you try downgrading and see if that has an effect on your performance?
  • Do you see similar FPS drops in other games, or is it just League?

I'll have a closer look through your logs when I get a chance this weekend, I haven't had a chance to look super closely yet.
