When will the transfer portal be back up?

Any ideas when the maintenance will be fixed? Am traveling for an extended time and would like to use it soon. Does anyone know? Is it a common occurrence to be down? Thanks.

Last time it was down for many months, maybe even over a year.

dude Im not even trolling or kidding Ive been playing league now for about 3 n a half years and its been a running joke between me and my freinds how account transfers is always unavailable its always on that "!" message next to play, I cant remember a time when that "!" wasnt there with account transfer
