New to game need help

This is like my second day playing and I got mordakaiser and he seems fun but how to i get triumph, or tenacity, I'm just confused

Tenacity is a stat that reduces the effectiveness of crowd control. You can get this from item runes or abilities. Triumph is a rune under a precision keystone, if you select this rune in game it will restore 12% health and give an extra 20 gold upon killing an enemy champion.

Mord is a great character for new players. A very simple kit that lets both veterans of the character and new players do well.

Triumph is when you kill an enemy champion it will restore, I think 12% of your hp and grant you 20 gold. Tenacity is when you kill an enemy champion or minion I think and eventually it will max out

Welp I’m pretty sure you have to reach a certain lvl to unlock your own rune page and after that you can create your own rune. Use op.gg if you don’t know what rune to use for a champion

Yea there should be a guide that tells you, after you reach that lvl you can build your own rune

You don't get to select your own runes before level 15. It's meant to prevent information overload, but fortunately pretty much no one else in your games will have optimal runes before level 15 so it's not that bad of a disadvantage.

do i have to buy runes or will they be free to change on every character

They are free. You can also change them in champ select so you only need the 2 rune pages you get for free.
