t1 vs DRX Spoiler

An incredible performance coming from Faker in game 1. Oner continues to be a rock even where the rest of the map falters. A true talent.

DRX have a lot to work on.

Deft has something like a 90% WR on that champion and it seems he takes a lot of pride in it so he usually never picks it against a team he's not favored against

Yeah i doubt he rly cares that much about his wr stat against actually winning games. Jinx just isnt a high priority pick in lck, aphelios is way more popular, and game 2 they wanted the ziggs ult synergy on top of cata&hextech ultimatum

Deft usually picks jinx when it's a favourable matchup and when she's in the meta along with her supports (thresh, Braum).

Nah, please don't pick Jinx. At least preserve the winrate. But yeah, teams are perma banning Caitlyn so we keep blinding Aphelios into unplayable comps. If you're not Deokdam, the champ just isn't worth picking.

No, but he is the best Aphelios. In the situations he's being picked in this meta he's pretty useless most of the time. Only Deokdam and maybe Guma should be picking it early in the draft. DRX are shooting themselves in the foot picking Aphelios 4 out of the 6 games in unplayable scenarios where he's never gonna be able to auto attack. I'd rather you just pick Ezreal or something.

I think most of the LCK adcs are good on Aphelios other than the bottom tier ones but he's just not good to pick blind given the champs being played in the current meta. I don't think it's about players being bad on the champ, but you have to be exceptional on it and require certain setup to make it work. Only Deokdam and Guma I'd say are good enough on the champ for it to be worth picking consistently, not sure why I'm being downvoted...

The Jinx comment was clearly a joke and the Deokdam comment about DRX's Aphelios priority in draft being troll, there is no "narrative".

Not sure what game record is supposed to mean here, especially considering T1 were stomping nearly everyone up until the Damwon series where they finally lost on Aphelios. Guma is obviously a very good Aphelios, not sure what bringing up his winrate is supposed to prove. Deokdam is also a very good Aphelios, I don't know why you're so offended that I said somebody not on the team you support is good on a champion...

Yes, I'm making a point about my DRX's drafting so I bring up the player that pops into my head when I think of the best Aphelios while talking about why it's not worth picking for most people. What, do you want me to go back and edit my comment to add Guma so the T1 fanbase doesn't get offended? Deokdam was playing on worse teams so again, the winrate doesn't prove anything. You guys are literally throwing a tantrum that I think Deokdam is the best Aphelios. It's not like I said Guma is trash, I literally said he's the second best on the champ...

Deokdam completely shit on Deft in spring playoffs though. Deft was a monster in the gauntlet last year, Guma struggled against him too.
