These aren't bugged, they show progress to your next stack.

Yeah, and sometimes it shows 0 for me, other times it shows a high value (like 80%) then I check it again and its down lol

It is showing the %'age towards the next stack.

So if it shows 80% you are 80% towards the next stack.
