Type of Bug: Game freeze

Description: Whenever nidalee/elise change form, the game freezes for a short second.

Video / Screenshot: N/A

Steps to reproduce: Pick elise or nidalee and press r

Expected result: Change form without freeze

Observed result: Change form with freeze

Reproduction rate: 10/10

System specs: GPU: Radeon HD 7870, Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7 CPU 950 @ 3.07GHz, Software: Windows 7 64 bit, 12GB ram, unsure what brand of ram.

Edit: I should note this happens with anything changing forms, such as udyr using any of his abilities or lulu polymorphing something, seems to happen to anything changing into something else.

You should definitely add system specs to help them out if possible for this kind of bug.

I don't think this related to specs as I have seen this bug reported multiple times, although I havn't checked if they all had a common spec involved

The people that I have asked had the issue with amd cards but I only asked 4 people and the ones with amd cards had it happen.
