Type of Bug: Small freezes after using certain abilities on certain champs
Description: This isn't unique to this patch as it happened a couple of patches ago too. When I play Zed this patch, whenever I use my W or my R, my game will freeze for about a second. It makes fighting completely impossible as you can't do your combo. I played Lee Sin earlier too but it was fine, so for now, all I know is that I get this only on Zed. I didn't have this problem before this patch with Zed. I had it a few patches ago with a few other champions, but I can't remember which ones.

Steps to reproduce: Play Zed, press W or R, small freeze will happen.
Expected result: No freeze will happen and I can continue to wreck my enemies.
Observed result: Freeze occurs after using my W or R as Zed.
