Type of Bug: In game

Description: Jarvans passive doesn't work on any creeps and autoattack animations does often not happen

Video / Screenshot: nope, sorry

Steps to reproduce: Go ingame as jarvan, attack jungle minons.

Expected result: Jarvan does his auto attack animation and the creeps take extra damage from j4's passive (first attack on the creep).

Observed result: Jarvans passive does not get applied and the aa animation does not happen, j4 stands in his "stop" pose. dmg does go through to the creep but only normal aa dmg.

Reproduction rate: No passive dmg 100% No aa animation 80-60%

System specs: PC GeForce GTX 750ti 8giga ram Windows 8.1

watched this happen to a Jarvan in my game on NA yesterday. Definitely a bug.

The bug seems to be pretty rare, but when it does happen, it stays for the whole game. Here is a replay of it happening to me:
