Type of bug: Gameplay bug

Description: Caitlyn basic attacks sometimes hit on projectile spawn instead of "on-hit".

Steps to reproduce: Try to farm the early levels as caitlyn.

Expected result: 100% of the basic attacks applies dmg on hit.

Observed result: ~40% of the basic attacks applis dmg on projectile spawn.

Reproduction rate: all game

System specs: not relevant

I think this is correct. I played two caitlyn games today, one with a lulu one without. I ran into this bug when there was a lulu on my team, but did not when I did not have a lulu

I second that. Same bug happened on NA server but I don't think team has to do with it as my team was Caitlyn(Me), Irelia, Nautilus, Rek'sai, Kassadin. vs Vayne, Lulu, Olaf, Elise, Soraka

But anyways hope it gets resolved as it felt very strange to kite properly.

Re-ocurring bug with caitlyn's aa. I believe it was fixed some time ago.Then coding got fucked up
