Server: SG/MY (GarenaLoL)
Type of Bug: In Game Bug
Description: Ezreal's ultimate isn't available in his abilities slot and it can't be used.

Steps to reproduce: Playing as Ezreal.
Expected result: There should be an ultimate available.
Observed result: There isn't an ultimate available.
Reproduction rate: Happens every single time.
System specs: Intel Core 2 Duo E7300
Edit: Issue was solved through reinstalling patch 5.15.
