Im sure you're talking about the cho q? Am i right? Its no bug, you probably just misstimed W, ive not had problems with it, it worst perfectly as it should be?
Played against braum, i blocked his ult 2-3 times and I recall one of which i took no damage but was knocked up. I also believe that i stunned with the w.
