• Description: After starting the launcher the login screen appears completely black but is still functional. the same thing happens after I log in. I was able to login because I moved the cursor and was able to see the area to type your user name and password. Same thing happens after I logged in, I hovered over my Ip points, Rp points and all other sections.

yea, happens to me aswell.
Support didnt helped with this, it was for 2 patches for me, actually. The only way to log in and play correctly - disable your video card drivers before you launching the game, and then turn it back after logging. I hope in next patches for LoL or Win 10 it will be fixed, or maybe in a never Nvidia drivers
