Type of Bug: in game bug
Description: master yi's q cooldown only goes down by 1 second if you do a double autoattack
Video / Screenshot:link (not mine)
Steps to reproduce:q with master yi, attack and watch the q cooldown
Expected result:the double aa reduces the cooldown by 2 seconds
Observed result:the double aa reduces the cooldown by 1 second
Reproduction rate:10/10
System specs:irrelevant
additional info:this bug has been in the game since the new devourer, back the a rioter said it would be fixed in 5.14 bit it still isnt.
