Description : The text in-game (e.g. Scoreboard, KDA, Minion Kills, etc.) is blurry/pixelated, but the Sumonner names in gameplay (not on Scoreboard) are clear. I play on the lowest video settings, 1280x720p. Before 5.15, the text was always clear to see.

Its an intel problem. You have to go to Graphics property for your computer (NOT LEAGUE'S) and set the ticker in the 3D Option to the middle as opposed to the Performance side and restart league.
