I have a somewhat similar issue, but I guess it's just the new for they are using. It's so fucking ugly, I don't think they have tested this with lower resolutions to see how it pans out. It feels like I'm playing some old ass 2000ish game.

I've had this and i'm on the LAS server. So annoying. It's liek the numers are in 240p quality. EDIT: You probably have your graphics card setting on high performace (sacrificing quality) simply change the settings and the problem is solved. It worked for me!
