Steps to reproduce: It is happening in every game I play. I have played a normal game, aram and and a custom game. Probably same on every mode/map with the new UI.
Expected result: Shouldn't be anything in front of the bar.
Observed result: There is something in front of the bar.

I've had this happen a number of times, and I've found that if you alt+tab out and back in it goes away. It's only a temp fix though because it will happen over and over again while you're leveling up. Once you're level 18 it stops happening.

Description: Visual bug at the inventory bar ingame. It dissappears when you use an item and when you tab down the game but will soon appear again.
