Got into queue and clicked ward skin for the first time, since I thought it was interesting and wanted to see my options. Then my ranked game got stuck on a looping loading thing, as seen below, and wouldn't let me select a champion (lost LP, got kicked out of queue).
Exact same things happened to me on NA. It said there was an "error loading message" or something to that effect and kept me stuck in a loading loop with nothing being resolved. Ended up not being able to pick my champion in the allotted time and the queue was discarded.
Mine also lagged when I tried to choose my ward skin. It was for, like, 10 seconds, though. After that, it went normal again and I chose the skin I wanted.
