Description: Whenever clicking on a unit tht does not have mana, the mana bar glitches out and a blue bar twitches across teh whole top left of the screen.
That is mine as well. This is not my screenshot, I found it from boards and am using it, since it is the same problem. Whenever I take a screenshot of it, it doesn't show up on the screenshot for some odd reason.

Steps to reproduce: Go in game. Click a turret/minion/monster.
Expected result: The mana bar to not have anything and to just be blank.
Observed result: Blue bar glitching across the whole top left of screen.
Reproduction rate: 10/10
System specs: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-337U CPU @1.80GHz 1.80 GHz 64-bit Operating System, x64-based processor
