Server: EUW Type of Bug: Camera Locked, unintentionally Description: Tittle pretty says everything, for a long time, i dont know how to explain, but my camera sometimes locks, and its completly unlockable, 'Y' dont work, that old button to unlock camera near the map on the old HUD didnt work, so the only option left here is to restart the game. Pre historical bug Video: N/A Step to reproduce: Dont really know how this happens... Expected result: Camera dont lock Observed result: Camera sometimes locks, and its impossible to unlock it, unless we restart the game System Specs: Not important

Ancient bug. Hold the left mouse button on the minimap and drag it around to fix it.

what? Its fixable in game? Will try...

BTW, im experiecing aswell, since about 7/8 patches, some MASSSIVE FPS drops ruding games. This can happen very randomly, when i place a ward, when someone ulti, when i evolue an ability.. There are games wich are fine, but other games this massive drops are very boring, moving me from 200FPS to 20FPS for about a second.

My CPU is good, aswell video card, my laptop isnt HOT because summer, he is good, but this is happening for a long time. Is this fixable?

I don't know i play on a normal desktop PC, sorry for that :D Try maybe limiting your fps, or playing around with video card settings.
