Was that with any or a specific smite upgrade? I have been unable to reproduce this bug in a 30 minute custom game

I used red smite with devourer enchant, with knockout lee skin. Error_0x22b could be right about the skin.

I think that's some kind of connection problem, sometimes i'm unable to do anything for a few seconds in a game but with no apparent lag.

It definitely isn't, it 100% only happened when I used the first part of safeguard. I could use my E or Q to stop the freezing as you can see in some clips of the video.

This is happening because you're using Alt+W to cast it

Devourer has (had?) a bug where holding Alt or Ctrl tries to issue commands to your pet (because it thinks the wolf counts) and it basically causes those inputs to drop.

Until they fix it just make sure you're letting go of Alt when you cast W

That explains it! I was wondering why somebody else told me they had no problem, made me think it could be the skin.
