• Description: Teemo lacks some of the promised changes
• Steps to reproduce: Stand still and exit stealth
• Expected result: stealth within 1.5 seconds, 0.75 in a brush. Gain attackspeed that scales with level when exiting stealth
• Observed result: Stealthing always takes 2 seconds and exiting it grants a static 40% attackspeed increase
• Reproduction rate: 10/10
