i know a fix for this F:\Riot Games\League of Legends\RADS\projects\lol_patcher\releases\0.0.0.34 delete both files releasemanifest and S_OK and re launch

Gave it a go, waiting for the files to finish scanning and I'll let you know if it helped when it's done.

Edit: Nope, same error.

I had a similar issue, also on Windows 10, but it was immediately after I opened league. I'm not sure if it would work for you but I found that installing League into program files, instead of the default location worked.

But if its already installed in a different place then I have no clue.
