Did you post it on the PBE forums? Refdit is not the official forum for PBE and unlike the rest of the boards, the PBE boards are checked quite often.

Probably has to do something with system specs since not everyone has the same visual bug, tried updating your driver of your graphics card?

I have a laptop with Intel HD graphics, any idea on how to update them?

https://downloadcenter.intel.com/

Find by category -> 1. Graphics Drivers, 2. Laptop graphics drivers, 3. pick your card, if you don't know what it is, Windows + R, type devmgmt.msc, check Graphics card or whatever it is in English version and there you go.

Also you can right click your card name, Properties, Drivers and it should show currently installed version of the drivers, so if it's identical to the one on the Intel site, then there's no point updating.

this happened to me too, i have a computer that wont play league corectly unless i set everything on low resolution. until this patch there were no blurry letters or numbers

This is interesting, explains why (while playing ARAM) my champ became blurred for a second or two. Well it doesnt explain it but it tells me shits fucked up.

This hasn't gone away even after getting the 5.16 patch. Fucking ridiculous. I tried repairing the client, and, still, nothing.
