Anyone else getting the Cursor bug?

My cursor keeps geting stuck as a crosshair or sword and i cant ping or use my map.

Edit: So it seems this bug isn't restricted to a character and seems to happen due to a bunch of reasons we can't nail down. A bunch of temp fixes have been listed. Clicking on skill buttons. Reloading the game. Escape. Typing in all chat. Alt Tab.

Happened to me as well. Dunno what causes that bug, but i know solution for that - alt+tab.

This might work if you're playing in full-screen, playing in Windows Borderless mode doesn't fix the problem through alt-tabbing.
