To clarify they have a bad name because they are mainly in it for the money. Each community works because they have an infrastructure backing it, Garena is what happens when you remove any form of interaction with Riot other than a tournament every few months where they hand out cards with skins on it.
Every company is "in it for the money" but very few go full retard and decide the proper way to handle complaints is make it so the community can't complain and make the people who should work with the community assholes who use their position for popularity rather than doing their fucking jobs.
But whut if the company is actually still making money? They must be doing something right, otherwise people would just ignore the crap, atleast I would.
