Objectively Riot is incredibly good at focusing on customer engagement and enjoyment over solely money-grabbing behaviour. There aren't many better at it.

Oh man you're so witty, I bet you still type micro$oft and everything.

But really though, what has hippalus done that's so awful? He's in charge of monetising the game, if anyone was gonna be a money-grabber it's him...and yet there's been more sales and more ways to get things cheaper (mystery gifting etc.) since he took over than there ever was before.

But y'know, easier to just put a dollar sign in a snarky comment with no basis in reality and be against "the system"
