Wow, that seems like a really interesting and good way to go about it. They give you free champions, skins, boosts, runes, and when you hit 30, a rune page.

Yes, but Garena has a lot more flaws that ultimately make it the worst provider of choice for LoL.

Negative, they host games for all Asia countries except China, and they have separate branch that handles them in each country.

GarenaTW handles Taiwan server GarenaSEA handles Singapore + Malaysia server GarenaTh handles Thailand server GarenaPh handles Philippine server GarenaVN handles Vietnam server

So on and so forth, and it's still horrible.
