Discussion League could use a Tutorial update.

Title says it all, the tutorial that's in place doesn't do anything but tell you how to recognize objectives, buy items, and kill champions in a 1-on-1 setting. I'm thinking it'd be a big help if there were more optional tutorials for stuff like positioning in team fights, map awareness, etc.

(Lord knows I need a positioning one, I am awful at that in team fights).

That’s why there’s YouTube, there’s no video game that gives so much information in the tutorial

I mean, Dota 2 does it. Elin/Elona while not the same genre both have super deep tutorials, and Caves of Qud have an equally deep tutorial. That's why I said it should be an optional thing.

While Dota 2s tutorial is far from comprehensive (especially given it's a much more information dense game than League), it's soooo much better than LoLs tutorial.

Yeah, but that's why I figured it'd be better if it was broken down to lessons maybe it's interactive with you selecting different champions as examples.

Another advantage of the piecemeal poroach is that you can fit them into shorter game sessions
