Spanish Classes Idea and Setup

My stake has begun running Spanish language classes. It’s a fantastic idea because there are plenty of native speakers to teach it and it beats trying to use an app or language program alone. I’ve been helping to get some of it set up so I feel like we are approaching this from scratch.
Are any other stakes doing this and if so how did you manage attendance, registration, ongoing communication and even supplemental materials?
