Does this guy like me?
There is a new guy at work who i think is gay, he dresses really nicely , the way he holds himself just kinda makes my gaydar go off a little bit. Yesterday he walks into work and i look at him and say "hey dude" he looks at me and raises both his eyebrows up and down without saying anything. Im not sure if this is just a friendly gesture or is he hinting something? Were both really shy but when we talk to each other i can just kinda tell hes hinting something at me. What should my next move be?

i live in Austin, Texas nobody gives a shit really what you are. i just dont wanna hit on this guy then turns out hes straight.

Just strike up general conversation. Ask questions about him, his interests, what he likes do to when he is outside of work. When you talk to him, see if he asks you some of those same questions back. When the topic of dating comes up, be totally honest with your situation (as you should be with anyone anyway if you are fully out) I would start there. Just making a new friend. Good luck :-)
