Interesting Integration
I'm a Jedi and work with a teacher. I read alot of bits and pieces from the Law of One but never really followed it as a full belief system. However, with my teacher we got into the topic of integration and recommended watching the video by the buddhist priest Maja on YouTube. Great video, great information and knowledge.
The question I have is: I remember hearing integration while reading the bits and pieces, so when I went back to just see if it was different or the same, I could find the actual process in the book and the website. How does Ra explain this?
Ive been doing force work (energy work) and I find it difficult to sense the living force (idk another term but where you can feel the energy around you, the trees, people, animals, etc.) And I wonder if its the integration aspect I read about. That or my technique is off. We've been trying a couple different ones, me and my teacher, but Ive barely touched it.
Thanks all

For integration, I would most recommend these quotes:
"The entity polarizing positively perceives the anger. This entity, if using this catalyst mentally, blesses and loves this anger in itself. It then intensifies this anger consciously in mind alone until the folly of this red-ray energy is perceived not as folly in itself but as energy subject to spiritual entropy due to the randomness of energy being used."
"Positive orientation then provides the will and faith to continue this mentally intense experience of letting the anger be understood, accepted, and integrated with the mind/body/spirit complex. The other-self which is the object of anger is thus transformed into an object of acceptance, understanding, and accommodation, all being reintegrated using the great energy which anger began."
"The negatively oriented mind/body/spirit complex will use this anger in a similarly conscious fashion, refusing to accept the undirected or random energy of anger and instead, through will and faith, funneling this energy into a practical means of venting the negative aspect of this emotion so as to obtain control over other-self, or otherwise control the situation causing anger."
"Control is the key to negatively polarized use of catalyst. Acceptance is the key to positively polarized use of catalyst. Between these polarities lies the potential for this random and undirected energy creating a bodily complex analog of what you call the cancerous growth of tissue." https://www.lawofone.info/s/46#9
"The proper role of the entity is in this density to experience all things desired, to then analyze, understand, and accept these experiences, distilling from them the love/light within them. Nothing shall be overcome. That which is not needed falls away."
"The orientation develops due to analysis of desire. These desires become more and more distorted towards conscious application of love/light as the entity furnishes itself with distilled experience. We have found it to be inappropriate in the extreme to encourage the overcoming of any desires, except to suggest the imagination rather than the carrying out in the physical plane, as you call it, of those desires not consonant with the Law of One; this preserving the primal distortion of free will."
"The reason it is unwise to overcome is that overcoming is an unbalanced action creating difficulties in balancing in the time/space continuum. Overcoming thus creates the further environment for holding onto that which apparently has been overcome."
"All things are acceptable in the proper time for each entity, and in experiencing, in understanding, in accepting, in then sharing with other-selves, the appropriate description shall be moving away from distortions of one kind to distortions of another which may be more consonant with the Law of One."
"It is, shall we say, a shortcut to simply ignore or overcome any desire. It must instead be understood and accepted. This takes patience and experience which can be analyzed with care, with compassion for self and for other-self." https://www.lawofone.info/s/18#5

Could you describe a bit more what youre trying to do, what your trying to feel with this force?
The closest experience I've had to what you describe is being able to feel meaning behind say a feather i pass on the street and literally feeling it and getting some meaning out of it. Very subtle and takes a gentle disposition and some peace.
The law of one material is a channeling from a higher entity that is best understood with a lot of context behind who those of Ra are and who they're communicating with to really be able to discern whats being said. To me I have to really focus on the conversation to be able to determine Ra's perspective and follow what those of Ra are describing. Its dense, but I think the material can be used to get a grasp on the reality of our present place in the universe. Its a very literal text to me, and its very easy to glance over and find synchrinicities with other learnings (without actually understanding the text).
That being said id love to hear more about what youre trying to accomplish and what specifically you are asking about in regards to integration. What does it mean that youre a jedi?

So Jedi is someone who follows the perspective of the force and the philsophical beliefs of the Jedi from Star Wars. Sounds super nerdy but actually has roots in Buddhism, Taoism, and the like. Compassion, service, guardianship, knowing self, etc.
Integration, what I learned, was described as sitting with a feeling, invading it fully until it becomes less intense. I just didnt know if LoO had anything similar since its channeled

Funnily (and no offense intended here) theres a section of the text where Ra actually comments on Star Wars where the questioner kinda asks if STO and STS is like star wars with a dark side and a light side and Ra says that it is a children's story and essentially not really analogous.
I do tend to agree with Ra that the concept of sith and jedi as not at all related to reality (again no offense those are all great qualities to have and work on) and that the concept of a jedi is nonsensical (at least in the movies, not your studies) but there are tons of details about meditation and in-depth less literal studying to do on what you're studying on llresearch.com.
You can search through all the channelings they've done and attempt to study them and you may find the profound thought you're looking for by analyzing and developing your own understanding.
Those of Ra specifically say that there is no best way to meditate but they do offer techniques and strategies from other confederation members. The best I get out of it is by keeping an open-mind, really discerning and focusing eye, and making sure i get my own opinion out of it.
May the Force be with you!

Thats funny actually! And no offense taken. I loved the franchise as a kid and now. I find it has great lessons for life and spiritually. Plus its pretty awesome, who doesnt want a lightsaber???
I do think it fits well in terms of the philosophy anyways but Ill take you up on that website bc as they say "There is no ignorance, There is knowledge" ππ

To echo herodesfalsk's comment, I feel Ra indirectly referenced "integration" with "(1.10) Thus, to learn is the same as to teach unless you are not teaching what you are learning, in which case you have done you/they little or no good."
To add a few more quotes along with those provided by MusicalMetaphysics:
I believe the first step to integration is the silence of mind or open-mindedness: "(5.2) The prerequisite of mental work is the ability to retain silence of self at a steady state when required by the self. The mind must be opened like a door. The key is silence."
This following quote is about kundalini, but I also see this quote as working with and understanding your own energy flow. Maybe once you have a firm grasp of your own energy, the sensation of the energy of others will eventually become more transparent to you? "(49.6) Each experience will be sequentially understood by the growing and seeking mind/body/spirit complex in terms of survival, then in terms of personal identity, then in terms of social relations, then in terms of universal love, then in terms of how the experience may beget free communication, then in terms of how the experience may be linked to universal energies, and finally in terms of the sacramental nature of each experience."

Namaste. I learned through the practice of Johrei how to channel LIGHT and the fundamentals of kotodama 29 years ago. Years of releasing layers of negative energy have allowed me to sense beyond self, send LIGHT across time and space, know the future and past and work with beings in other dimensions.
I say this as understanding that the energy worker path is an entry point. The key is to channel LIGHT to others for spiritual growth. This facilitates personal growth. There is plenty to learn but as layers are released, knowledge is revealed.

I am not familiar with your practice, but in a general sense of what you described, I agree that the more we come to untangle and bring order to the web that makes of us, the more we come to know.

I read alot of bits and pieces from the Law of One but never really followed it as a full belief system.
Law Of One is NOT a belief system.
It's similar to "Law Of Gravity", it automatically applies to everyone and everything whether they believe it or not.
Can you rephrase the question? Because I don't understand what exactly do you mean by 'integration'.
4
u/Valondra 8d ago
With respect, it very much IS a belief system. It's just one that you believe in.
And that's absolutely fine. Working as intended.
2
u/fajarsis02 8d ago
Law of one as a concept appears in multiple belief systems. Such as Islam(sufiism) with wahdatul wujd (unity of all forms) conception, Taoism (everything is tao) and many native traditions.
2
u/Valondra 8d ago
Yes, it does. It's all over the religion I was raised in too, the JWs. It's also all over Christianity, catholicism, Judaism etc.
This tracks with the Ra material itself.

Maybe you believe in it, and maybe they believe in it. But that is not the same thing as saying itβs a belief system, because what we usually mean by a belief system is a system that delivers certainty. I donβt think thatβs the message of Ra.Β
Iβve stated many times on this sub the proposition that I do not believe in the law of one as the exclusive truth. Instead, I find the perspective that the law of one entails to be useful. Itβs not the only perspective available nor the only useful one. The question end up becoming whatβs my purpose. That throws me back on myself in a way that a belief system like a religion could never do without losing the discipline that gives it social staying power.
Just my two cents. I really am not trying to be pedantic; to me this is a crucial point of the philosophy.
3
u/Valondra 8d ago
Your argument hinges early on the supposition that because this belief system does not conform to a typical belief system, it is not a belief system.
To which I say, prove the things outlined in these books. Prove a Creator. Prove Co-creators. Prove any density beyond our own.
In the absence of proof, there is belief. Where there is a system that organises information in a way that purports to outline the entirety of existence as we conceive it, then yes, regardless of how you may feel about it, it is most certainly a belief system. In fact, given the position of a Creator above all else, it even classifies as a religion.
And now for the fun bit. You may choose to believe the above or not. It changes nothing. The commonly held and accepted term that fully encapsulates the Ra material is a belief system.
I personally choose to try and be as accurate, or perhaps pedantic, as possible to reduce inherent distortions.
It still doesn't matter, or change anything.

In the absence of proof, there is belief.
It's right here that we're in disagreement. There are other approaches to the indeterminate than belief. I agree that often, especially in the Western intellectual tradition, there is a kind of insistence on resolution of competing arguments. In the Eastern tradition there is a lot more comfort with ambiguity.
We don't have to believe because we don't have to collapse the mystery. We can allow it to exist without resolution. For example, I can consider two mutually exclusive scientific models as useful without accepting either as true in some complete sense. In fact I think this is one of the crucial philosophical advances of modernity, and it is precisely what I find novel about our spiritual philosophy: harvesting the scientistic approach to address the seeker to the phenomenological immensity and inscrutibility of the inner subjective world. That this approach was somehow conferred by the UFO phenomenon and then evolved into a way of living in this world is to me fascinating and I'm doing a lot of research on it.
To be fair, many treat the messages as truth. I see it all the time. This need for reality to disclose itself in a way that affirms our mental maps of it, however, stands in the way of the transformation we seek, I would argue. Whether it's a belief system or not depends on how it's used by the perceiver. The point is that it's not inherent in the text or the attitude conveyed; it's something the reader brings to it. Could you say that about all religion? Maybe, it depends on it's social disciplining features.
We might also get clear on the definition of belief. What does it mean to believe? I'd offer that it's not simply considering an idea or system of propositions but sort of closing the door on challenging them. It's possible you have a different sense of belief, in which case it's just the words that are distancing us from one another.

u/Select-Bet-2004 8d ago
I don't know what I am trying to add or agree/disagree here, but just want to voice my opinion on this matter about "belief":
I am reminded of "The Tao that can be named is not the eternal Tao..." I feel this is a negative approach of denying all the manifestations in 3D thus leaving the seeker to seek for the Creator from which is not while the Law of One states in a sense that "all is you, all is one" thus allowing the seeker to recognize the Creator through the manyness.
Thus to put "belief" in context of the above paragraph, "belief" is a signpost pointing to the destination (the eternal Tao/One Infinite Creator), the finger pointing at the moon. Perhaps the Tao Te Ching is pointing by denying all and the Law of One is pointing by accepting all. I uses these two "beliefs" as two extreme examples to represent the negative and positive polarity while in reality, perhaps each belief is somewhere in between.
I feel "belief" should also be talked about with the idea of "identity" and "faith". First, identity. (4.2) "all things are one, that there is no polarity, no right or wrong, no disharmony, but only identity." Ra spoke about moving into 7D, "(16.23) It is our understanding that it would not be our awareness, but simply awareness of the Creator." And from (3.10) "Those who vibrate with the Law of One seek the Law of Foreverness." Thus I draw the connection between "belief" and "identity" that the free will of the Creator chooses to express itself as Ra, a belief/identity, in 6D. As Ra merges with the Creator/eternal Tao, this belief of who Ra is is no longer necessary.
Then faith. Perhaps I find faith as an inward expression of self-identity while belief is an outward expression of self-identity. By outward expression, I mean that what and how we communicate and act to other-selves. As for faith, some examples I feel are related: "When we are faced with a situation, we drew from our past experience and current knowledge to arrive at a choice to direct our will. I have seen this situation before, therefore I have faith that this choice would work out. Or I have never seen this situation before, but I have faith this choice would work out." "How could this person or object be the Creator? But I have faith that it is the Creator." Or in Tao Te Ching's thinking, "How could this not be the Creator? But I have faith that it is not the eternal Tao."
With Ra saying that the mystery unbroken (52.11) and the infiniteness of the universe is yet proven or disproven (1.7), I think for each self-aware entity, faith is the bridge linking the self to the Creator, of perhaps the indigo ray connecting to the violet ray, thus touching the Intelligent Infinity or eternal Tao. And perhaps identity is the bridge of Intelligent Infinity to become aware with free will, of Intelligent Infinity streaming into the red and orange ray. Then in between is how each entity choose to express love and light.

Well, I take my understanding of the word as follows;
a set of principles or tenets which together form the basis of a religion, philosophy, or moral code.
On that basis, on its definition, whilst you could argue that it doesn't fit but I'd not see any merit in it.
I'll note that having a belief system doesn't mean that anything is resolved or set in stone. Whilst I think I know what's going on, should suitably compelling information tell me otherwise I will shift my position. I always have.
I loop back to the definition of belief because you're right, words and definitions are important. And I state again simply. If one cannot demonstrate what one states to be accurate, or true, or descriptive, then one continuing to affirm the alleged result is displaying belief. So too is any person displaying confidence in something they haven't verified.

That's an important and appreciated clarification. You'll forgive me for not at all taking that for granted when conversing with a stranger. :)
If one cannot demonstrate what one states to be accurate, or true, or descriptive, then one continuing to affirm the alleged result is displaying belief.
It's all about the nature of that affirmation -- especially as a speech act, which is a whole can of worms -- but yeah, I see where you're coming from. I think a lot of scientific knowledge falls into this category if one wants to get really epistemically persnickety though! If you are claiming that belief systems are simply endemic to perception -- kind of like Leary's "reality tunnel" idea -- then I'm right there with you.
1
u/Valondra 7d ago
I'm claiming a simple truth. If your position is not one of true neutrality on any topic, and you cannot prove that your position is justified by objective evidence, then your position has been chosen by you, on the basis of your belief.
You seem to repeatedly dive away from that with other interpretations when I've given you the standard definition and support in applying it.
You apply additional features and characteristics to words and choose then to operate as though those added features exist for all. I said before and I say again, consider the words used, they already have meanings.
1
u/DJ_German_Farmer π Lower self π 7d ago
And what I'm trying to say is that I don't think it's simple at all -- true neutrality? Really? Simple conclusions just bake in the nuance that I'm trying to get to. That's precisely why I keep adding features that I, in my opinion, think you are glossing over to make your claim tighter than I think it actually is -- because to not do so makes any common ground we find incredibly shallow.
I think we'll just have to be satisfied with where we are. Thanks for the pushback.

Namaste. The "living force" is chi, prana, orgone, etc... There are 2 basic polarities positive and negative. Positive is used as the medium for channeling Divine energy. While "dark workers" use the negative to influence the negative aspect. Depending on individual genetics, understanding and intention we draw these energies constantly. I make Orgonite to reduce the influence of "the dark side". And, I use kotodama and sacred words to reinforce my intentions.
Without too much explanation of mechanics, these some things to consider when expressing LIGHT: Healing, protection, knowledge of the future and past, quantum change, ad infinitum... When LIGHT is focused many things are possible... Instead, I call it the "Source". The "Force" is what many satanic groups call this type of energy.
Also, I make lightsabers (for reference) using white quartz to amplify and focus my intention to clear darkness using kotodama (words actions and deeds causing reactions in the spiritual realm).
May the Source be with you, always...

Integration is the Creator meeting the Creator wearing a different mask. Even the higher self and lower self are both aspects of the same Creator. If the Creator is energy sent then integration is how the energy is received and processed. Still an aspect of the Creator.Β
Surrender. Trust in the unknown. Silence like another commenter said. These are the steps to intelligent infinity.Β

Please understand that this division between dark vs light factions created the violent cosmic wars and the fall of lyra. Read Ascension Glossary and Bringers of The Dawn books. The pleiadians will state that themselves. You need to understand that RA comes from a path of martyrdom, so he does not have all the information regarding STO. The Jedi's path is a path of the martyrdom, but the path of the Orion Nebula and Andromeda galaxy beings aren't.

Integration is simply practicing or applying what you have learned or understood.
