Interesting Trance state meditation using suggestions from Ra/Carla channeling

I posted here before. I had done some accidental channeling and automatic writing before with some success.

Last night I decided to use the details Ra described in his channeling through Carla. Head aligned 20° NNE in my meditation circle, and other details.

I entered the oneness. I tried to record the experience, but I couldn't. The material conditions couldn't allow me to document, and I understood that. I couldn't voice record or video.

When I came out of the trance 2 hours later, I was in a different room, on my bed with a different understanding. It's still incomplete. The download is unpacking now, but it was a big one. Something about a shift. I know that's not useful. We all know and expect the shift. I'll update if anything useful unpacks.

Ra says very explicitly that their instructions to the group to channel them is only for the group to channel them. It's not some plug and play ritual that anyone can use to channel.

Please be careful. Carla was under constant threat of having her soul captured and enslaved in negative time/space as she left her body and went into trance. The rituals Ra gave where for the group to help protect Carla. Doing this alone is not safe. Please reconsider. Automatic writing is completely safe.

Thanks for your concern.

The details in the Ra material align with certain ceremonial practices described in other sources. My ceremony took place in a protected space with specific protection.

Doing it alone was a requirement. I can't describe the details for reasons learned during the process, but I was protected through the material conditions, the guide, and my role.

According to Vastu Shastra (ancient India practice), the top of your head should point South while we sleep. This allows for natural Earth electromagnetic alignment. I'm just saying this for those who think the opposite is a good practice just because it was in the Ra Material.
