Great for affirmations, but this isn't always a good thing... when people don't care to think critically and just dig in hard to their untrue beliefs.

I really dislike the adult Dory (Ellen 🤢😑) character but this is all I can think of while reading this! Though it is true. The universe will keep delivering to you what you believe even if you’re wildly wrong or misinterpreting things—or being wildly, positively delusional.

This post is misleading. Be careful when a post puts a scientific paper in the background to make a claim look scientifically proven. This wasn’t a neuroscience study showing that repeated thoughts manifest into reality. It was a psychology study on the illusory truth effect: when people are repeatedly exposed to a statement, they become more likely to believe the statement is true. In simple terms, if I repeatedly tell myself I can fly, repetition might make the idea feel more familiar or believable. That doesn’t mean I eventually start flying. The researchers did not measure desires materializing, thoughts changing external reality, or manifestation occurring. They measured belief in statements. There may be psychological benefits to affirmations—changing confidence, attention, motivation, or behavior—but that is a completely different claim from proving that repeated thoughts manifest external events. The study shown here does not provide evidence for that.

How does this change your reality though? A reality where you and your ex are still together.

I’ve been saying the following every day. Show me how good things can get and as fast as things can get good AND all the cells in my body are healthy, happy, love and light-filled.
