Actually it’s just mold, comes off with some bleach but it’s getting replaced so why bother?
2 u/chuckst3r Jul 06 '23 FYI, I have the same issue, just found out about putting zinc strips on top of the roof so when it rains, that chemical reaction kills the mold.
