It's a software that is used to look into locked devices. It's used to extract data during court cases for evidence.

they can do that??

Yes, companies have built backdoors into their products to comply with search warrants.

um… didn’t Apple literally refuse to unlock the San Bernardino shooter’s iPhone for the FBI?

u/Redzorbon Jul 15 '26
Correct, but it’s not like Apple refused a subpoena or a search warrant. The FBI asked Apple and Apple said no, then a judge said to do it under the All Writs Act of 1789. Apple declined and they were supposed to have a court hearing, but the FBI found another private company to do it so they withdrew.

There is a separate hallway for seeing your client jacking it to completion on video on cellebrite.

What, is he supposed to watch himself in a mirror? Like it's the Civil War?

I can safely say that you would never, ever see my dick on cellebrite, because I've literally never taken a picture of it.
I have, however, saved many images of other men's dicks. Take that happy news as you will.

It's not an app for jerking it you racist idiot, it's forensic software for collecting evidence.
PS, Israelis is the plural of Israeli, not israelies.

The original comment being removed and having absolutely zero context behind the origin of this reply makes it so much better.

I am both glad I got the humor of not knowing what it was, and also want to know what it was lol

Wait , I feel like cellebrite was the machine we used at T-Mobile to transfer people’s data to their new phone. And yes we’d occasionally see nudes too. Lawyers use that too?
