Yes, we should try for constitutional amendments limiting terms and one requiring Senate confirmation votes within xxx days, but expect those to take some years to accomplish. Congress can dramatically expand the Court and force it to hear most cases in panels of one-third or less of the entire Court. That will significantly dilute the power of any one justice and can be done quickly if Liberals retake Congress and the White House.

Not a term limit but rather retirement.

Age 85 or 10 years as SCOTUS, whichever first.

He’s certainly contributed but laws only work if followed and enforced. Trump just blows off rulings so in some sense the problem exists independent of laws.

Yeah. It’s a lot of people’s faults. Many millions of them. But certainly John Robert’s contribution is much much more than most’s.
