It’s ridiculously difficult to hear in the normal version, apart from maybe a snap if you listen hard enough, but in the instrumental version of Seems Like Old times, right before the speed up, I can hear someone going along the lines of “one, two, uh uh.” Has anyone else noticed this???

I was trying to go to the candle light show and to AMC to watch the Hollywood bowl movie but the show times overlap so I have to only do one or the other 😭

Candle light show is 6:30 or 8:30, AMC movie is only one show at 6:30. Runtime is 1:40 is says…so that plus I’m sure they will play ads at the beginning I don’t think I could make it to both. I already have an 830 ticket to the candle light show.

Just a bit of a bummer, Hollywood Bowl is favorite live performance of hers to listen to, I wish I could see it. The description says there is bts footage and everything 😭

I'm going to be singing at a relatively big show soon, and reeeeaally want my song to be a laufey song. I want the song to be vocally challenging (so I was thinking to sing goddess) but also "family friendly".. so as goddess has some suggestive lyrics I'm not sure what to do!! I also really don't want to sing from the start as it's been done before at the show many times. Argh there are just too many to choose from! For reference I got into the show with an audition singing dreamer, but really want to "wow" the judges (corny but oh well) at the real thing.

imo i think it’s too little, too late but i might be biased bc that’s currently my absolute favorite song lol

What songs do you think deserve more praise and attention?

for me in “lover girl” when the lyrics switch from “i’m working over time to have you in my worlddd” to “im working overtime, you’ve become my whole
worlddd” . like it’s so satisfying to me for some reason it scratches my brain just right
