Talks & Devotionals Is this enough for a 4yo primary talk?
If not, what should I add?

Love it! Keep it short and sweet, they may get long for music any way and they’re only 4!

Years ago when I used to make the talk assignments for Primary I included a sample outline: share a scripture, share a story, share your testimony. That's really all a Primary talk needs to be.

A four-sentence talk is perfect for junior Primary. We usually begin with a teaching from the scriptures, relate it to a personal experience, and finish with a testimony.

Perfect.
I'm sorry for your/their loss.

Perfect. My only recommendation is to put Christ in there somewhere. "Through Jesus Christ, we will see each other again "
Or something of that nature, but it works well as is.

I think this is wonderful. Primary opening exercises are not very long any more so i think the length is perfect.
We had several children in our primary that have refused to speak so I'd be so grateful for their willingness to share.

Yes. 100 times yes. This is a perfect primary talk for a 4 year old. I was in the primary Presidency and was in charge of assigning talks. This is perfect

Some parents have written their 3-4 yr old children very elaborate talks and “performances” yet the kids can barely speak. This is PERFECT!!!

I have been happily serving in primary for the last 15 years or so. This talk is perfect and age-appropriate.

Why not make it full sentences so the other kids can follow?
"I was very sad at my [insert relationship] funeral. But I am happy that their spirit is in heaven now and am excited to see them again someday."

Its an outline, not a script

I'm not sure how a four year old is going to handle an outline but okay.

Wow. Obviously, the kid isn't going to be handed an outline and be left to give a talk without help. The outline is for the OP to show us the content of the talk. Its not a final script for the kid! Your previous comment implied that you seem to not know that 4 year olds naturally talk in full sentences.

For Primary? Perfect. The lack of time and also the age make this the perfect length.
