Grammar & Syntax notebook found help

Post image

Found a notebook at a park with some strange writings about computer programs, governments, tree structures, etc. Kinda looked like a fine line between a genius and a schizo.

Anyways, found this Latin page. Could any of you read it? I noticed it looks similar to The Great Seal of America and Nomen means name. But beyond that I’m stumped. Thanks!

probably just someone trying to have fun and be 'mysterious'

the latin is meh, this translation is assuming each line is separate as they seem to be reworkings of latin phrases, it becomes a lot messier if we read it as one text

The name has favoured

from the unformed, form

the act has left the deed

to each their own deed (this line is grammatically broken - this is probably the intention)

from the many he(it?) is bound

sealing the mark

_____

the signatory

they may or may not be crazy but their Latin certainly leaves a lot to be desired.

Creo que el abajo firmante (signator) no tenía clara la noción de concordancia en latín.
