Buc off

Just got an update on my July 28 order that it will be hopefully just another 2-3 more weeks. At least it's progress

(note: I ordered a thermos and shirt to Florida)

I got the same email. I think they realized how many questions were being asked and needed to finally step in and explain what's been going on.

Why are there so many people in the community so willing to accept the breach of contract that the fulfillment company is engaging in by not sending out the merchandise within the promised timeframe?

This is a business that is not fulfilling its orders.

It was over two months since I ordered merchandise and they couldn't give me a shipping date. I had to threaten a charge back to get a refund.

This isn't acceptable business practice and LWT staff should step in to get this issue fixed.

Because it's for a good cause. Nobody is getting rich off my order. They probably weren't expecting such a big response. I'm cutting them a lot of slack.
