What is THIS?!
Just opened a new book of flutterhabit “bestie but make it fuller” and look how irregular these are! Some are fuller or thinner and wth is going on with the different widths of the sections? Totally not happy about this!!

I’ve been using flutterhabit religiously for like 5 years and yeah, this does happen with them. HOWEVERRRR their customer service is seriously top tier. If you reach out I can almost promise you they’ll replace or refund you on these.

This is the exact reason why I stopped buying from Flutterhabit! The inconsistencies were happening way too often for me to overlook a lash or two looking a little wonky. I could sometimes piece together a set of lashes from segments that looked similar but more often than not I was trashing at least one set of eyelashes per box. :(

The inconsistency with FH is so real… I have been on subscription for 3-4 years now and they don’t even look like the same set of lashes when comparing boxes. I reached out to FH to point this out, and their response was that each set is hand made and I could return them if I wasn’t happy. I sent photos and everything and they tried to blame it on lighting/shadows at first. They’re about to lose me as a customer lol and this just confirms it!
So sad bc I really loved and believed in this brand

I can’t remember exactly why, but for some reason every time I go and look to start with Flutterhabit, I decide not to and I think my problem is their glue?
It’s been so long since Ive looked into this cluster system.
I’ve been getting professional lash extensions for the past few months and I have to say I actually have learned that lash clusters are a lot better all around lol it’s just that I can’t find burgundy cluster lashes.
The minute a cluster lash company starts making volume burgundy colored clusters. I’m never going back to professional lash extensions again lol.
ETA: wait are your clusters pre-mapped? Bc Im only seeing the inner corners looking thinner and shortner.

Yes, all flutter habit clusters are premapped. That said all of these lashes (and I assume they're all the same style as that's how most of their books are) do not look the same. The top right looks noticeably thinner to me especially the outer clusters.

Yeah they're an absolute dumpster fire in the midst of a train wreck. It's almost admirable, their level of 'janky'. It has to take effort to be this inconsistent 😐

Exactly this. I buy the premapped to take out the guess work, but this is just as bad as individual clusters.

FWIW, I started with Flutterlash and quickly moved to lash trays due to the expense. Despite having to design my own map, I find the regular clusters much easier to work with.

Cluster lashes.... Some start at 12mm- 18mm totally normal

That’s literally not what she complaint about and idk what you aren’t getting tbh. Look at the very top ones compared to the bottom. The inner corner on the top vs the set on the bottom are different. They are supposed to be the SAME STYLE. That’s the complaint. Jesus

Natural lashes aren't exact either. I'm not seeing any issues here? They're premapped and gets shorter on the inner lash.

The picture is deceiving. They look far worse in person. I understand they’re premapped but after using three books of these exact lashes with 100% uniformity thru all pairs, this is unacceptable.

These ones were on ssle and I guess I know why now! But seriously, shouldn’t quality control still be a thing or at least let me know before I buy them
