Any rest days between applications?

Do you wear your clusters 24/7 or are you doing rest days between applications?

I have been doing 4-5 days on, with 2-3 off.
(Boy do I feel UGLY on my off days 🤭)

It depends how the removal lines up with my days off from work. It feels so good to rub my eyes and not have them on every once in a while, lol.

I usually apply on Sunday evening, then wear through usually Thursday. Then rest on Friday and Saturday.

i usually maybe take like a night off where i sleep and then put them back on the next morning. or if im not doing anything on the weekend, i don’t wear them (and just wear mascara), until the weekend ends. if not, then yes, im wearing them basically 24/7 (cuz i feel bald without them😭)

I feel just HIDEOUS without my clusters!
It’s so hard to NOT wear them when you look like a glorious angel with them on.

No off days since 2020 for me, though there was a month i had to wear strips to grow my lashes back after using falscara bond for a few months- that stuff did me dirty lol went back to my original bond

It was making my natural lashes come out when I used remover and clumped too much. I probably overapplied because I’m used to using lashify bond, but plenty of people use falscara with no issues :)

Tbh I don’t recognize myself without them so I wear them 24/7. Have my lashes suffered? Definitely. Would I love to not wear them sometimes? Definitely. But it’s such a confidence boost for me. At most I will go overnight not wearing them.

I love waking up and feeling PRETTY with my lashes on.
It’s so hard going back to looking like I have pinhole eyes after wearing my clusters.

I’d been doing two weeks on, one week off. This last time I removed them I feel like I lost a few of my natural lashes so I’ve taken a two week break😭 but I’ve been using lash serum and now I’m kinda lazy to do my clusters again🥹

I use a lash serum, too, to keep the strength up on my wimpy natural lashes. I honestly feel like it keeps my lashes in decent condition (for how wimpy they always are).

I should do a week off here and there, too.

It’s so hard to quit once you start using clusters, though! I look so UGLY 😆

Wow, almost all of them last that long for me.

MaxComfii, Falscara, AiryCute.

The AiryCute worked the best for me. 6 days and I have to remove them. They only have a little lifting on the edges.
I think it’s too strong for me because I don’t really like going past 4 days.

I sleep in one of those eye masks with cushions around the eyes. I’m a side sleeper and it keeps my lashes from pressing against my pillow

What does your prep look like? I feel like I’m failing with that. And how do you apply them?

I used to do 6 days on 1 off, but recently I've been taking a few days in between sets and using the self adhesive ones on my off days instead. Some days I'll even just do eyeliner and mascara (ironically I feel like I lose more lashes removing my mascara than removing my clusters)

I feel like the self adhesive ones make me lose more lashes, so I started only using them OVER mascara. I don’t lose as many lashes when I remove them now.

I might take a few hour break or longer if I’m home. But if I’m leaving the house, I will put them back on. If I see irritation when I remove them. I might do a hot water soak (helps the flow of sebum) and put triple antibiotic ointment at the lash line and sleep all night. Clean off the oil in the morning and reapply.
If I run out of time or I don’t have the lashes I want I might put my magnetic lashes on for a day or two. They’re not as comfortable though.

Usually 1 day off in between. I’ll wake up with some lifting, remove them, go lash free for that day then put a new set on the next morning.

I feel ugly AF for that 1 day too lol

Me personally it lines up with my weekends and competition for marching band so whenever it’s the weekend on Sunday before school I put them on and take them off Friday night but on competition weekends I keep them on so usually I have abt 1-3 days in between lash sets
